Online: Shopping online is
fun, easy, and secure. Just find the pieces you love… Click the lime green
“YES, I want it” button to
add them to a PayPal shopping cart. Click on “continue shopping” and it
will return you to my site. PayPal is free for buyers to use and very
user-friendly. Please pay for all items on one receipt to save on shipping.
If you are ordering from outside of the USA, please email
me prior to purchase to determine shipping availability and
cost via FedEx.
Email: If you are unsure
about using a shopping cart, need alterations to a piece, or just have
a question… Please email
me with all item details (item number, color, size, etc.)
along with return email and a telephone number where I can reach you.
Please note: email is not encrypted,
and is not a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.
I will send you a PayPal invoice if you wish to pay with a credit card.
Or I can hold the item for you while we make other payment arrangements.
The Old-Fashioned Way: Printable
Order Form You may also print out the order form and
mail it with payment (personal check, cashier's check, or money order).
Please do not send cash payments.
I ship all orders when payment is received and successfully processed
(usually 10 business days for personal checks).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
U.S. Shipping: The shipping
fee is a flat $5.00 for all items purchased. All packages will be sent
via USPS First Class. All packages are automatically insured
and require a signature confirmation upon delivery. I will email you an
order confirmation with shipping date and expected arrival. Please provide
me with your correct shipping address and telephone number. Please allow
up to 7 days for standard delivery (the average arrival time has been
closer to 2-3 days, but can take longer during the holidays).
Express Shipping:
Let me know if you need your items rush delivered and I will find the
most cost-effective way to ship. Will confirm shipping rate with you prior
to sending.
International Shipping:
All international packages will be sent Fed Ex (Federal Express). Please
email
me and I will send you exact charges for your approval before
I process your order.
Murphy's Law:
Unfortunately, accidents can happen. Should your items arrive damaged,
please keep all original packaging materials and send me an email at michelle@beyondthebead.com,
or call me at 541-913-6885 for instructions.
AVAILABILITY
My pieces are unique handcrafted creations. Occasionally I have had the
same piece sell “more than once” on the same day. I try to quickly update
when items are sold. If the piece you've ordered is unavailable, I will
email you to let you know and offer to make another in the same style
and with similar gemstones, colors, etc.
RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE
Returns:
Please contact
me for instructions before returning or exchanging an item.
Because monitor colors vary, and pictures don't always do a piece justice...all
on-line items are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping) if returned
in original condition within 10 days of receipt of shipment (include original
receipt). Please insure the package you are returning. I can not fulfill
a refund transaction if the item gets lost in the mail. If you paid by
credit card, your account will be credited via Paypal. If you paid by
check or money order, I will issue a money order once your initial payment
has cleared.
Custom pieces are final once design is approved.
Items purchased at Art
Fairs and shows can be exchanged within 10 days in new condition.
Items purchased at a Gallery or Boutique would need to be returned to
that location per their policies.
Guarantee:
Please contact
me for instructions before sending an item for repair.
Should your Beyond the Bead jewelry ever break, return it to me (with
all of its original pieces), and I will fix it for you.
Repair work is free. If needed, you only pay for replacement pieces/beads
at wholesale and the return shipping cost.
