| All
of my pieces are made with high-quality materials and skilled craftsmanship,
with care they can be treasured for many years.
I highly recommend putting your jewelry on last (after your favorite perfume
and hair spray). Gently wipe your pieces with a soft cloth after removing
them. Use a non-abrasive silver polishing cloth to maintain your jewelry
in like-new condition. You should not use abrasive polishes, or liquid
cleansers, as they will damage the materials.
All of my Artisan made lampwork glass is kiln annealed for durability. It is still "glass" and needs loving care! Pearls can lose their luster after coming contact with perspiration. An
occasional gentle wash in lukewarm soapy water will restore their shine.
Pat dry and make sure they air dry completely before wrapping in a soft
cloth to store. Pearls should be stored separately from other treasures.
Chlorine and other chemicals can severely damage precious metals and gemstones.
Please avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and domestic chores (!) while wearing
your jewelry.
Long exposure to direct sunlight can cause the color of stones to fade,
and pearls to yellow. While they may look beautiful near the window, please
avoid storing your jewelry in direct sunlight.
